Happy Friday everyone! A few things on my radar right now, I went to the LA Art Bookfair last weekend
at bought a Lauren Spencer King print. (her work is pictured above.) She is such a talented artist, it was
great to see the books and zines that were available at the fair. I also found out about Rochelle from Lucky Lucille's new sew along, Sew for Victory, in which you sew a 40's dress pattern or 40's inspired. I still
haven't committed but I really want to. The month of February is turning out to be so busing, future in-laws coming to visit, birthday parties...hopefully I can make the time to join in! What projects do you have planned for February?

Wow, those prints are beautiful! Thanks for sharing! My February is turning out to be crazy, too! I have a couple of sewing deadlines, plus we've got just over a month left on my show, so it's really been manic, then I have an out-of-state wedding before the end of the month... sheesh!
ReplyDeleteHave a great time at the wedding! Will you be wearing a dress you made?
DeleteNice-hope everything's going well the wedding planning, dressmaking etc (whatever dress you decide on)! I'm drafting this month XD And the job search continues =)
ReplyDeleteGood luck on the job search!
DeleteFebruary's looking busy for me, too! We're kicking off this weekend in NYC with lots of snow, though, so maybe that will slow me down a bit :) Enjoy your weekend, Angela! (Also, the wedding dress is looking beautiful!!)
ReplyDeleteThank you so much, stay warm!
